Rates

  • For Individual, Pre-Marital, Couples, Parenting, or Family Therapy, the rate is $180.00. Regular sessions are 50 minutes long. However, it is common to book a double session (1 hour 40 minutes) for which two sessions will be charged at the rate of $180.00 per 50-minute session. Payment is due at the end of each session.

  • ADHD diagnostic testing is a separate fee of $900.00 and includes the administering of a series of tests, scoring, interpretation, and comprehensive report. In some cases, a single test is more appropriate than a series of tests, in which case the fee is $250.00. An initial diagnostic in-person interview is conducted at the beginning of the diagnostic process at the rate of $180.00. And an in-clinic test reporting and treatment planning session is also conducted after the tests are administered at the rate of $180.00.

    The Conners 4 for children ages 6-18 , Conners’ Adult ADHD Rating Sales (CAARS 2) for adults; the Comprehensive Executive Function Inventory (CEFI) for children ages 5-18, the Comprehensive Executive Function Inventory- Adult (CEFI-Adult) for adults; the Children’s Depression Inventory 2 (CDI-2), and the Multi-dimensional Scale for Children, Edition 2 (MASC-2) for rule-out/co-existing diagnoses for children, and the Profile of Mood States - 2nd Edition (POMS2) for rule-out and/or co-existing diagnoses for adults. This is not an exhaustible list and additional assessments may be administered.

  • There may be times when conflicts or unforeseen stressors come up. After hours sessions may be requested at the rate of $350.00 per one hour self pay only, regardless if I accept your insurance. Requests for such sessions does not guarantee the availability of the session.

  • Professional presentations, Advocacy meetings with staff and schools, or IEP/504 meetings are $350.00 per one hour, self pay only, regardless if I accept your insurance.

Insurance

I accept limited forms of insurance. It is patient's responsibility to check if their insurance plan is accepted by ADHD Solutions, as there is a limit to which insurance plans ADHD Solutions accepts at this time. Superbills may be provided for patients to submit to their insurance company for Out of Network services.

Payment

I accept cash, money order, cashier’s check, personal check, and all major credit/debit cards as forms of payment. I do not accept electronic checks. Please note there is a $50.00 fee on all returned checks. For patients wishing to pay with credit/debit card, automated payments can be arranged when signing up through my patient portal.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
